Hot Tot’s product formulas are created with tots in mind and are gentle enough to be used on children with sensitive skin, cradle cap, eczema, and allergies. This is very important to me as G has had both eczema and cradle cap. Knowing that these products are sensitive to her issues gives me peace of mind.
You can check out the full line of products here. This morning I used the Sweet Pea Serum to manage her crazy bed head and a bit of static due to our cold New England winter. G has curly/wavy hair especially in the back of her head.
First let me tell you that the smell is mild, but AMAZING. I put a pea sized amount of the product into my hand and rubbed it together before I applied it to G’s hair. I didn’t brush the product through just styled it with my fingers. It made her little ringlet curls POP! And, what’s nice about this product is that a little goes a long way and you can apply it on damp or dry hair.
Hot Tot’s commitment to social responsibility is half of the reason I would choose to buy their products over another. Knowing that a portion of what I buy is going to help someone else, especially children is very important to me.
Hot Tot was created to improve the lives of children by enhancing self-esteem, encouraging charitable contribution and promoting eco-friendly business practices. Also, Hot Tot is committed to donating a portion of their proceeds to several different charities including Save the Children, CASA and Ronald McDonald House.
