Here we are. Its Friday again and that means its time for me to make my nails look pur-dy. I really look forward to this post because prior to ever joining this link-up I was feeling pretty blah. As a Mama, I need to feel good about myself and if that means putting some polish on or getting out for an hour to go to the nail salon then so be it. It really is a nice little pick me up to give me a little boost of Mama confidence. So what if I was in black leggings and a hoodie all day? My nails look FANCY! I gave myself a quick little mani and then polished them up myself. I got a great tip from one of my readers that I’d like to share. Since I’m all clackidy clack on the keyboard all the time she said its smart to paint the tips of my nails as well to prevent chips. Smart gal! Also, I paint my nails AFTER G goes to bed for the night otherwise forgetaboutit!
