Placed My First #ClothDiaper Orders! #Fluff

I mentioned the other day that I was very eager to switch us from a disposable diaper family to a cloth diapering family. I waited nearly fifteen months to do this, but I figure better late than never right? Many of you gave me great feedback which gave me the extra boost of confidence I needed to fully commit to this switch. I thank you for that. 🙂
To make this switch before our next Amazon Mom order for disposables ships I started my fluff ordering yesterday. To start I referenced my blogger friends, Sarah, from Nurse Loves Farmer. She has some great advice and tips on where to begin, what to buy, and where to buy it.
This is what I have ordered so far…Please let me know if I am missing anything!

I loved your friends post to! It was one of the best explanations of what to buy I have seen on online blogs. Excited to hear your experiences with fluff. I am pregnant and plan on switching after a couple months or so to cloth.

  2. I noticed you have wraps, but no fitteds, prefolds, or flats. If you're not intending on using those, safe yourself the $ and skip the wraps because you won't use them. Also, a couple of my mommy friends and myself have had issues with fit on the Rumparooz after around 9 months or so. We absolutely love our Fuzzi Bunz! Congrats for making the change–it's so easy!

  3. I don't know the age of your children. Or if you plan on having more. But if you have a newborn or will in the future I HIGHLY recommend the Green Moutain Diaper website….they have a newborn prefold….it is awesome…I didn't buy them for my first 4 children, but have for my last two…They really are the best. You go through so very many diapers at that age and they clean up so very well. The website tells you the covers that work best. Thirsties small I think. They are the orange edge prefolds. Highly recommend for a newborn. And Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom for any rash your little one gets. And it is safe for cloth diapers. You can use it on cuts and things too. I love it…for my two girls who get rashes so very easily. Just my 2-cents wish you the best! I love cloth….

  4. I LOVE cloth diapers. Hope the change goes well for you and don't be afraid to ask questions. I've been cloth diapering for about a year and don't know everything. I love prefolds, and my favorite pocket is BumGenius 4.0.
