I’ve seen this over and over again on Pinterest and even pinned it. Now, I made it. I think this is such a perfect summer snack. Fruit, protein and a little carbs for crunch. What do you snack on in the summer?
Apple Sandwich
Ingredients:
Apple
Peanut Butter
Granola
Method:
- Core and slice the apple on the horizontal.
- Slather on your favorite peanut butter {both sides}
- Sprinkle on your favorite granola
- Put two apple slices together like a sandwich and enjoy!
