Lifestyle of Fitness: Project 10

I’m already playing catchup with Project 10. Good or bad sign? I don’t know or care. I’m going to stick with it. Last week was a whirlwind. There is no doubt in my mind that I didn’t eat enough calories a day. A big no no when you are embarking on a healthy lifestyle. I must say though that I have made healthier choices. I been making smoothies at least once a day. You can follow my Summer Snacks series every Tuesday where I’ve featured a healthy and easy option. If you are anything like me you’ll naturally eat differently in the summer months because its warm, sunny and most of us our more active.ย I’ve been walking a ton around our new neighborhood pushing G the BOB Stroller the whole way. Which reminds me I need to track it on my pedometer app next time. I feel so good after a walk and raining or not we are out there.ย

  1. I bought a ton of fruit this week so we'll be eating that for snacks. Besides that my accomplishments are small. I'm just holding steady until baseball ends (Saturday, yeah!!) and then I'll be able to focus more on exercise.

  2. I managed to track all of my meals on My Fitness Pal and worked out 4 times. It added up to a 1.5 pound weight loss!
