Last week I shared this recipe. Well, this weeks recipe is equally as easy and delicious! Its a quick three ingredient smoothie recipe. So is this something you would snack on during the summer? I usually make this as a lunch at least a couple of time a week. Easy, refreshing, healthy, and really fills me up.
Yogurt Berry Frozen Smoothie {Serves 2 adults and 1 tot)
Ingridients:
8 ounces Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
6 ounces Frozen Berries
8 ounces Orange Juice
Method:
- Blend low fat vanilla yogurt, frozen berries and orange juice together in a blender.
- Serve cold!

I make a similar one. I add a banana and a scoop of slim fast vanilla powder or vanilla protein powder. It thickens it up and adds a nice taste and add extra nutrients. I buy fresh or frozen mixed berries, strawberry banana yogurt low fat/fat free, add banana, skim/2% milk or vanilla soy milk, juice, ice cubes, scoop of powder in a blender.
