Udis Artisan Granola {A Review}

Udis Artisan Granola {A Review}

Summer is here {in case you haven’t noticed} and with that comes an overall change in the way we eat at my house. Gone with the winter are heavy meals. Summer breakfast to me means fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, juice and iced coffee of course! It’s a great way to start the day with just the right amount of caffeine, carbs, sugars, and starches.  Oh, I guess there’s protein, too.  Udi’s Artisan Granola, is the perfect complement to my morning breakfast. I can top my fresh fruit with it or combine it with my yogurt for a natural and healthy start to my day. Udi’s Granola comes in four flavors: vanilla, cranberry, original, and au natural (fancy fancy!). And, all four flavors also are available gluten-free!

Udi’s are old-school artisan bakers – they bake for taste and that special joy that comes fresh from their ovens. Udi’s wish and mission is to share that satisfying, make-with-love happiness with others.

Enjoy all of their granola made in Udi’s Colorado gluten-free bakery alongside breads, pastries and other goodies. They’re all slow-baked, hand turned and loaded with caramelized flavor, crunch and uncluttered taste. Who needs gluten when you’ve got delicious?

For the purpose of my review, I was sent all four varieties of the gluten-free granola. I have been eating it every day since because it’s just so delicious! Check out how delicious it looks with my fruit, yogurt and drizzle of agave. Who wouldn’t want to eat this kind of delicious breakfast everyday?! What is your favorite summer time breakfast? And, please don’t skip breakfast, there are just too many delicious options, and it will help you to feel so so good!
I usually sprinkle Udi’s gluten-free vanilla granola on my low-fat vanilla yogurt, fresh strawberries and blueberries. The vanilla granola is not only gluten-free, but also dairy free, soy free and egg free. Each bag is made with certified gluten free oats, wildflower honey, canola oil, almonds, vanilla (extractives of vanilla beans, water, alcohol). A serving size is 1/4 cup and each 12 ounce bags has about 11 servings.
Each 12 ounce bag is $6.50 and is available to purchase online directly here. I actually saw it just the other day in my local natural foods store and am pretty certain my local Trader Joe’s had it as well.
You can connect with udi’s on Facebook and Twitter.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
