Over the Top Shepard’s Pie #TastyTuesay Recipe Swap

I made a Thanksgiving dinner over this past weekend. Turkey, stuffing, brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes. All the staples. Well it never seems to fail that we somehow run out of turkey and have a bunch of leftover sides. Thats how this idea was born. ๐Ÿ™‚

Well…i don’t have a link for my recipe. Just one of my family’s favorite!
    Bow tie pasta
Pepperoni (cut into 4ths..or use the minis)
    Minced garlic
    Italian seasoning
    Garlic salt…to taste
    Parmesian
    veggies(olives, bell peppers, ect)
    Olive oil
You could even add diced chicken if you want

Boil noodles..with a little olive oil and the italian seanoning.
While they are cooking, put olive oil, garlic, veggies, pepperoni …and what ever else you want to add…get cooking just till the pepperoni is warming and the veggies starting to soften…
Add the noodles to the mixture with the italian seasoning and the garlic salt.
Cook till the noodles are a littke crisped up and the veggies cooked.
    So yummy!
