Tasty Tuesday #Recipe Swap | Holiday Cocktails

With Thanksgiving this week and several other holidays rounding the bend soon there after I thought I’d share a festive drink recipe! Please share any cocktails you enjoy as I always like to add beverages to my recipe collection! Cheers!

This drink has no name so feel free to call it what you want. 🙂

  1. 2 ounces bourbon or rum
  2. 1 ounce Meyer lemon juice {fresh squeezed}
  3. 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup {almond flavored syrup}
  4. 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  5. 2 dashes of bitters
  6. 3 drops of orange flower water

Shake shake shake the ingredients over ice and pour into a glass. Garnish with some Meyer lemon rind.

  7. Oh that looks yummy! I’ve never been good at making cocktails….they always come out gross. I think I need to start again though, and give this a try!

  8. While I can’t try your cocktail due to being 31 weeks pregnant, I do have friends who can! I’ll have to share it with them. 🙂
