Chobani Banana Muffins | Tasty Tuesday

We eat a ton of yogurt in this house. We eat it every single day in some shape or form.  Last week we had a yucky and rainy day. I had several bananas sitting on the counter that were on their way out so I figured I would make my typical banana bread. I don’t know why I never checked out the website before, but the Chobani site has tons of heathful and quick recipes. I grabbed my iPad and looked for something with banana and found these muffins and I had most of the ingredients so win win! My recipe has c couple of modifications since I didn’t have everything the recipe called for and didn’t want to leave the house. 🙂

These muffins are so delicious G and I both ate some hot out of the oven. She gobbled up one and I ate two. One for me and one for baby. G was able to help bake them too as she was able to mash up the bananas and she loves helping especially in the kitchen. She also knows all the baking and ingredient vocabulary as I kept repeating them and she would repeat back to me. This is a great activity for a rainy day.
