Authentic Fish Tacos :: Tasty Tuesday

We have been eating more fish over the past month or so as we celebrated Lent. We typically eat fish on Fridays during this time so I was looking for a new, yet easy recipes to try out. One of G’s favorite meals is tacos so I thought fish tacos would totally be a hit. And, I was right. These fish tacos take no time to make which is a total bonus. That is one thing I love about fish. It takes no time to prepare or cook.

For this recipe I checked the Gorton’s Seafood recipe page. I adapted it a bit to fit what our family likes.

Did you know they have tons of recipes to choose from? I had no idea. And, they go hand in hand with the  20 scrumptious seafood options with 200 calories or less per serving. Fish is such a healthy option to include in a well balanced diet.

We love fish sticks in this house…really what kid doesn’t like a fish stick. Finger foods are always a hit!

A classic family favorite, Gorton’s Fish Sticks are a great way to introduce your kids to eating seafood – and leave them asking for more! The crunchy golden breading makes them perfect for dipping. Try them with ketchup or your favorite sauce. Plus, Gorton’s Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks are available in a stand-up releasable bag for added freshness and convenience.
