Philips AVENT Natural Bottle {Review}

Philips AVENT Natural Bottle {Review}

I’ve been using the Philips AVENT comfort breast pump for a while now and just love it. Its a single, electric pump and it does just what I need it to. I am home with Val, so I don’t pump very often. This pump works for me. Finding a bottle isn’t an easy task for a breastfeeding infant. And, finding a bottle that fits my pump and my baby likes is even more of a challenge. Believe me, I’ve tried lots of bottles between my first and second born and both were/are breastfed babies.

Luckily, the Philips bottle that attaches to the pump is one that Val will drink from. Sure, at first she was a bit like, “what is this”, but then she got the hang of it. I think what makes this bottle pleasing to her are the following features:

  • wide “breast-like” shape makes it easy to latch-on
  • unique comfort petals inside nipple increase softness and flexibility without collapse
  • extra soft, flexible nipple mimics mom’s real breast
  • advanced anti-colic system with innovative twin valve allows air into the bottle – not baby’s tummy

What I like about it…

  • available in glass, as well as polypropylene, a BPA free material
  • ergonomic shape makes it easy to hold in any direction – even tiny hands {Val is too small for this just yet}
  • interchangeable with most Philips AVENT feeding products
  • fewer part make it simple to use and easy to clean. Literally there are just four pieces and that includes the cap!
  • affordable : prices starting at $8.49

Available: Babies R Us*, Target, and Amazon.com *Exclusively at Babies R Us in pink and blue!
