So, you know when you need to buy someone a very special baby gift? Yeah, that.

Gifting can be totally overwhelming. I know, for me, I like to over think gift giving. From the time I get an invitation to the party I am agonizing over finding a perfect gift. I mean, I know some folks register for baby stuff…I did, but when I find myself as the gift giver, I want to really find something unique and tend to go rogue from the registry. Living on the edge, I know.

Since I am already a mom two times over, I feel pretty confident in what I know what works and what doesn’t, what I like and what I don’t, and what I think a new mom or seasoned mom really wants. Not to mention, shopping online is my FAVORITE thing to do. If I have to drag myself to a store, you can find me huffing because I’m too hot, there are too many people, or the store doesn’t even have what I wanted to buy…in stock.

So, I’m shopping from where I am comfortable, at any time of day, online and I am in love with the site not only for gifts for other peoples kids, but for my own too. This site is just awesome. Finally, no more cheesy gift baskets when you want to give a gift bundle.

At, we decided that the traditional baby gift basket needed a drastic revision. So, we threw out the wicker basket, paper shred, cellophane and generic baby care products. In their place, we designed adorably chic reusable storage containers and filled them with the very best award-winning toys, books and products for babies – selected by child development experts and approved by parents. The result is our innovative line of IncrediBundles, each designed to address a specific area of an infant’s development.

Gift-givers can choose from our extensive line of pre-configured bundles or order a Custom Bundle tailor-made for the recipient. Additionally, we offer unique Bundle Subscriptions including A Year of Toys, A Year of Books and A Year of Diapers. These subscriptions are gifts that keep giving throughout a baby’s first year.

Some of their bestselling bundles:

  • Diaper Bundles – Our Diaper Bundles empower parents to register for diapers! Parents can choose the brand and size they prefer each month and have the diapers delivered straight to their door free of shipping charges.
  • Book Bundles – One of the most important things you can do for your baby is to read to them early and often.  But what books are the right ones for the under one set?  We’ve gathered the best and bundled them up to make them easy to give and so much fun to receive.
  • Learn and Grow Bundles – We live in a disposable world and parents soon learn that the “educational” plastic toys that beep and light up wind up discarded at the bottom of the toy chest.  Our Learn and Grow Bundles are designed to help children discover, engage and explore.  They are filled with the best blocks, puzzles, balls, teethers, books and manipulatives for a growing baby.
  • Sleep Bundles – Give mom and dad the gift of a good night’s sleep!  Our Sleep Bundles are filled with adorable award-winning products to help baby get to sleep faster and sleep safely
  • Organic Bundles – Our organic bundles feature the cuddliest organics for babies.

I am super excited to have already ordered some awesome bundles for some mommies to be. Baby showers invitations just keep coming in left and right and I just love the selection and convince of this site. There are great bundles for every budget. You can even create your own custom bundle if you don’t see one that is just right.

With Val’s first birthday just around the corner, I created my own custom bundle because I already know what we have and what we could use. I can’t wait to see it come together!

I have a giveaway for you!

Winner will receive a $50.00 gift card to create or choose their own bundle! 🙂 Good luck!

By having them around other family’s with small children, or doing playdates! Also, having a gift for the brother or sister from the new baby at the hospital with a book on being a big sibling!

  2. Jessica says:

We are getting our 2 year old ready for a new baby. It helps that my sister just had a baby. We have had a lot of play dates over there so she can get used to having a baby around, and pretty soon we are going to move her to a “big girl bed” so baby can have the crib.

  3. Jessica Beard says:

We made our older child a big brother kit that included special things for him-a book, a camera, special treats, a cool big brother shirt, etc.

  4. Lisa Gonzalez says:

We have our kids talk to mom’s belly n talk to their siblngs from the very begining. We have them involved as much as possible. Even looing at milestone videos and pictures from parenting sites so they can track baby’s growth. They loved it.

  5. June Lisle says:

All I could do in that situation is involve my child and do my best. I would have to explain that another baby was coming and do my best to prepare my child for what that means but also show that I still love my first child just as much.

  6. Terry Maigi says:

I plan to involve her in the ‘getting ready’ process as much as possible! Try to make it exciting for her and encourage her to be a big helper! We will probably get some books to help her understand. And answer any questions that she has

  7. We let the older siblings be part of the planning, and also gave them their own tasks/rewards for helping!

  8. Elisabeth says:

I haven’t dealt with this before but I think involving them in the preparations of their new sibling would help.

  9. jennifer cervantes says:

We told my kids that another was coming and had them pick out names and get the nursery ready!

  10. How would I ready a sibling for the arrival of a new baby? I really don’t know, I’ve never had kids.
