Fall Family Photo Fashion Inspiration

OMG! We are in the last days of August and Labor Day is this weekend! School is starting up and Fall is in the air. I reached out to our favorite family photographer to book our annual Fall family photo.
With two years of family photos that I LOVE – what makes me panic the most is choosing the right outfits for each of us. Last year I was out shopping the day of the shoot for my own look. I was a sweaty panicked mess, but T.J. Maxx saved the day in the final minutes before I had to get myself put together.
The first year, the colors were burgundy, soft pink, plaid, and chambray with hints of ivory. Last year we went with gold and navy which just looked awesome! LINK TO PHOTOS
So, I am getting a better head start on my outfit plans for our family this year. I’m shopping online so I can grab pieces from different stores and not drive all over the place making myself nuts. When I shop online I can see the looks in my shopping cart, and for me, this is easier.
After taking a minute to look around Pinterest this is the look I came up with for this years family photo shoot. Red and navy, plaids, splash or leopard, and chambray. I am LOVING it and can’t wait for all the pieces to arrive so I can do a flat lay on the floor and watch this really come together. I have some pieces here that we can incorporate so YAY for saving a few bucks. ALSO!!!! All the Labor Day sales are now and most stores have up to 50% off EVERYTHING! This is the time to shop and save BIG!
