Game Day Snacks with Tyson Any’tizers® Buffalo Style Bone-In Chicken
This post is sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc, but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.
Fall is here and what else goes hand in hand with Fall other than pumpkins? Football! Yep! Time to gather your football fans and some delicious snacks and get ready to shout at the TV! I kid! OK, maybe just a little bit kidding.
I love putting out a fun spread of “nibbles” as I like to call it and host friends and family for some epic game watching. Watching your favorite team hustle for those four quarters can really work up an appetite! I want to have food that can please a crowd and I like to serve all the bite sized food. It is just more fun! Kids especially love when we get little themed containers for the parties and they can circle around the buffet and fill it with all their favorites.
One of our favorite and must have snacks to serve are buffalo hot wings! So good right? Well, have you ever made them from scratch? Can be a timely process and quite honestly a labor of love. When I want to host spur of the moment or just don’t feel up for home cooking I serve my guests Tyson® Any’tizers® Buffalo Style Bone-In Chicken Wings. I just grab them from the freezer section of my local Walmart while I’m shopping for all of my other game day party supplies. Walmart has an amazing selection of game day supplies including plates, cups, napkins, footballs, and banners! I love that I can purchase everything in one store! Less stress.
Tyson® Any’tizers® Buffalo Style Bone-In Chicken Wings are just like home made but better! You know why? No mess to clean up! From freezer to oven you have hot, juicy and delicious spicy chicken wings in about twenty minutes. I like to serve my chicken wings in the traditional style with ranch dressing for dipping and celery to cool down the spice! They are too spicy. I’d say a medium heat.
Directions are easy. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and set your Tyson® Any’tizers® Buffalo Style Bone-In Chicken Wings on a sheet pan and cook for 18-20 minutes. I lined my sheet pan with foil for even easier cleanup. I like to keep a few pans going in the oven on a rotation so there are always hot wings ready to eat! You can even take the wings to the grill! I think I’ll try this over the weekend. Rub your grill with a bit of oil of cooking spray and preheat to medium. You can put the frozen wings right on the grill for about 14-18 minutes turning then over halfway through the heating time. If you really can’t wait for the grill or oven to preheat you could use the microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. One package serves about five adults, but I always buy a few. I’d easily say my husband could eat a package on his own if that’s all he was eating during a game. YUP!
Tyson® Any’tizers® Buffalo Style Bone-In Chicken Wings are always part of our game day nibbles. What are your favorite foods to eat while you watch football? We like to put out a variety of items and drinks whether it is just the five of us or a group. Football watching days are fun and the food is fun and we are making memories for our family! What team is your favorite? Can you guess mine?! Remember I’m in Connecticut!
